SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Delivery: Receive orders in 3-5 business days via UPS
Express Delivery: Receive orders placed before noon E.S.T in 2-3 business days via USPS
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing time before orders are shipped from the warehouse.
If shipping to a P.O. Box, you must select economy. Please note transit times may vary.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking number/ information provided in your shipment notification email.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order has not been updated, or is not showing any signs of movement, please reach out to customer service for further investigation with your name and order number via email.
UPDATING PLACED ORDERS
Unfortunately we are unable to update, alter, or change shipping addresses after an order is placed, in any way. We will only ship to the shipping address originally entered when the order was placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Parcel carriers often times will label a package as “Delivered” although the physical package itself has not yet reached its final destination.
If after 4 business days of being marked “Delivered” by the carrier, and you have not yet located your package (checked surrounding areas, checked in with neighbors), please feel free to reach out with your name and order number via E-Mail for further assistance.
Please note AMILA is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe a package was mis-delivered please solely reach out to the carrier to set up a claim with them directly. We do not offer reshipment or refunds for mis-delivered packages.
